(Canada)

My name is Shan and I am from Toronto, Canada. I am currently completing an Economics degree at McMaster University and am hoping to pursue my next degree in Law. I am a huge sports fanatic, following all four major North American sports avidly (Go Leafs, Raptors, Blue Jays, and Colts). I grew up playing most sports with a particular love for ice hockey. There is no better feeling then hitting the ice and having the cold air fill your lungs! I love listening to Jazz and Rock music from the 70s and 80s, have a passion for late 19th century art (Manet is amazing), and have participated (poorly) in several dance competitions as part of a club at university. I have been organising camps for nearly six to seven years and love working with kids, getting to know them and their hip lingo. I am excited and intrigued to learn from all of you and our awesome students. I look forward to meeting everyone this summer, and creating what I know will be a memorable and transformative summer.
