1 Which browser should I use to access the University of Central Asia (UCA) online admissions portal?
To open the UCA online admission page, we recommend using Internet Explorer for best results. You may also use Google Chrome or Firefox browsers.
2 How do I login to the UCA online admissions page?
To logon, please visit http://www.ucentralasia.org/apply-online. This will take you to the UCA online admissions login page.
3 What are the steps I should use to fill out an online application form?
Briefly, you must follow the instructions and hints on each page before proceeding to the next step. Doing this will ensure that all information required on a page is completed.

4 Who can I contact if I am not able to access the application form or need to ask a question?
You should email email@example.com for any questions regarding the online admissions process.
5 If I am applying for the first time, what should I do?
If you are a first-time user, you should register for an account by clicking on the new user hyperlink. You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and create a password.
6 If I do not have an email address, can I register for an account online?
No, in order to register for an account, you must have an email ID. You should create one before going online to fill in the application form.
Remember: Make a note of the email address and password that you choose as you will need it to login again. All future correspondence will be sent to this email address.
NOTE: The email address should be the one you will use throughout the admission process. i.e. to complete the online application form, and to access information about your application status during the admissions process.
7 How can I create a password? Is there a character limit?
For security reasons, the password should be at least 7 characters including one special character (example. $ # @ %) and one numeric character (1 2 3 4). Bishkek@12 is an example. You should remember your password.
8 How do I know if I have successfully registered for an account?
You will receive a registration confirmation email at your email address. If you have not received this within a few hours of registering, please check your Spam/Junk folder. In case this is not received, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
9 Is there anything I need to be careful about, to avoid mistakes in the process of completing my online application?
Yes. You must follow the instructions given and carefully read the displayed warnings. Prompts will appear on the system as you move along the pages of the application. If you do this, you should have an error-free application.
10 How do I create my personal information page? What do I need to do to move forward?
Please follow these steps:
- Go to your confirmation email, sent to your email account; click on the link provided; this will take you to the login screen;
- Enter your email ID and password; the same email ID and password which you entered for your account registration;
- Your personal details and current contact details will open, if you are logging in for the first time.
