- BSc (Engineer qualification) in Automated Systems of Data Processing and Management of Information, Tajik Technical University, Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
Prior to joining CAFDP, Alisher worked with various nongovernmental organizations in Tajikistan. His professional background is primarily in project planning and management, monitoring and evaluation, system development and information management with a special focus on natural resource management. During his last job with Tajikistan Safe Drinking Water Project he was engaged in planning, monitoring and evaluation, reporting and training and technical support activities of the project. Alisher also served as a Project Analyst with United Nations Development Programme / Disaster Risk Management Programme and earlier as a National Project Manager of the Food Security and Gender-Sensitive Land Reform of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization in Tajikistan.
