Health Fair at University of Central Asia in Naryn on March 31
The University of Central Asia (UCA) is holding a Health Fair on March 31st 2018 to increase awareness about healthy lifestyles within the Naryn community and UCA. The Health Fair will offer free blood pressure tests to all visitors and a professional fitness trainer will share how to keep a healthy diet. There will be workshops on the importance of good nutrition, master-classes on first aid and making artwork from eco-friendly materials, and an outdoor healthy foods fair. Guests are also invited to get firsthand experience in Kyrgyz traditional sports games, or participate in a chess tournament.
The fair is organised by UCA in collaboration with UCA undergraduate students, the School of Continuing and Professional Education, the Naryn Diagnostic Center with the support from Aga Khan Health Services, Naryn Town Sports Committees, and other community organisations.
