Tolibjon Mirzoev joined SPCE in January 2019 as a Student Service officer at Learning Centre Bokhtar. Later he was promoted to Coordinator of Khujand LC and then to Coordinator of Bokhtar LC. Currently, Tolibjon leads the SPCE's SLCM database and is also an SLCM consultant.
Before joining SPCE, Tolibjon worked as an admin officer and senior English instructor at LLC Trade 41.
He holds an MA degree in Economics from the Bokhtar State University.
