Abstract
The presentation will provide insights into how trade, investment, migration, and other linkages among countries drive economic growth in the Europe and Central Asia region.

Biography
Mr. David Michael Gould is currently Lead Economist in the World Bank’s Europe and Central Asia Region and the lead author of the ECA Critical Connections flagship. He is the author of several books and peer-reviewed journal articles on international trade and finance, migration, and economic policy.
