Abstract
In recent years, there has been an increasing interest in digital transformation of Arts and Culture industries. Visitors are intent on consuming cultural services both offline and online. The new trends in consumer patterns push arts and cultural institutions to develop online products and transform their activities online. Online museum and theatre are not a mirror of offline museum and theatre, and are expected to be more interactive, and provide additional services. Moreover, to build online communications successfully it is crucial to understand visitor behaviour, and develop a new approach to measurement and tracking.
User generated content is an extremely useful source of data for understanding the art and culture industry. New methods of text mining and social network analysis allow us to provide insights on visitor behaviour and satisfaction in a relatively short time.

Language
The lecture will be given in English.
