University of Central Asia Celebrates Second Cohort of Graduates from the Certificate Programme in Policy Analysis
The University of Central Asia’s Institute of Public Policy and Administration (UCA IPPA) celebrated the second cohort of Afghan graduates of its Certificate Programme in Policy Analysis (CPPA) on 20 December 2015 in Kabul, Afghanistan. The course was delivered through an ongoing partnership between UCA and the Ministry of Finance of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

The University of Central Asia’s Institute of Public Policy and Administration (UCA IPPA) began its Certificate Programme in Policy Analysis (CPPA) for new participants from Afghanistan in Bishkek on 24 August 2015. This is the second time CPPA is being offered to Afghan civil servants, through an agreement between UCA and the Afghan Ministry of Finance.
