Human Resources Intern
The HR Communications Intern will be responsible for providing support to the HR Internal Communications Manager in the day-to-day management of internal communications processes, with a focus on video/photo production and editing. The Intern will have the opportunity to gain exposure to each function of the HR department.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting the video production of content for the internal communication processes;
- Drafting information for content for internal communications;
- Assisting in distributing the values across all UCA locations;
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with a focus on Media Production, Journalism and Human Resources.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in communications;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively;
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English;
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications including apps for designing posters, Final Cut/Adobe Premier;
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently with a strong work ethic.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Russian.
- Knowledge of the Kyrgyz language would be an asset.
