A ten-day training session for agribusiness SME owners and managers was commenced on 19 April 2021. Twenty two participants from Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan are taking part in the advanced programme. This programme has been designed to encourage business linkages, formal partnerships, and development of joint ventures, with a view to facilitating the export capacity and access to new markets for small and medium-sized enterprises in the regions. Agribusiness is one of the 4 sectors of the Executive Entrepreneurship programme, which is being implemented within Accelerate Prosperity (AP) Central and South Asia project, funded by the European Union.
