Doolos Aibek uulu is a Assistant Professor of Mathematics and Physics in the Department of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at the University of Central Asia (UCA) Naryn Campus. Prior joining to UCA, he was a PhD student at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

He is still enrolled at KAUST, and he will graduate in January 2023. His research focuses on computational electromagnetics to model nanomaterials by combining volume integral equations and hydrodynamic equations. During his PhD, he published one journal paper and attended four international conferences including AP-S/URSI and PIERS.

He completed his MSc in Material Science and Nanotechnology at Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey. He developed a nanowire-nanoslit spectrometer using Focused Ion Beam platinum deposition on a gold substrate. Aside from this, he also developed graphene membranes for water desalination and gas separation. Over the course of his MSc, he was the author of one journal paper and presented at several conferences.

He earned his BSc in Physics at Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey. He studied silicon solar cells for his undergrad project.
