How to Apply?

Students admitted to UCA have a demonstrated record of academic achievements. They are winners of academic competitions, presidents of student government, passionate advocates for the disadvantaged, talented artists and musicians, award-winning athletes, and enthusiastic volunteers who contribute to their communities. While many students joining UCA come from urban centres, more than 70% are from secondary cities and small villages. 

Admission to the School is based purely on merit, and UCA guarantees financial assistance to all students admitted to its programmes.

Application Process

Submit the completed UCA Stage 1 Application Form and supplementary documents no later than March 15th, 2022 including:

  • Completed Stage I Application Form (online/pdf);
  • A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID or Passport;
  • One photograph on a white background showing the applicant's face, taken during the last 3 months.
  • All international student applicants are required to submit academic transcripts.

Students who have completed the Stage I application form will receive an e-mail with an Application Number, Test Centre address, and time for the UCA Admissions Test or SAT & SAT Essay deadline. Students from outside Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, or Kazakhstan will be shortlisted after preliminary review and invited to take the admissions test. You can only take the test at the location specified in your personal notification.

Please take the following to the test venue:

  • Personal Application Number/email
  • Original passport or other government-issued photo ID

Stage 2 shortlisted candidates who score competitively on the UCA admissions and SAT tests, will be required to submit the following in May 2022:

  • Completed Stage II Application Form
  • Two Recommendation Forms from instructors
  • Undergo an interview.

Students must submit one recommendation form from their Mathematics instructor and one recommendation form from their English instructor, ideally in English. The recommendation from the Mathematics teacher can also be in Russian or local languages.

If you are a first-time user, you should register for an account by clicking the new user hyperlink. You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and create a password.

To open the UCA online admission page, we recommend using Google Chrome, Opera, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Microsoft Edge browsers for best results.

You should email apply@ucentralasia.org for any questions regarding the online admissions process.

No, in order to register for an account, you must have an email ID. You should create one before going online to fill in the application form.

Remember: Make a note of the email address and password that you choose as you will need it to login again. All future correspondence will be sent to this email address. You will also need it to access information about your application status during the admissions process.

For security reasons, the password should be at least 7 characters including one special character (example. $ # @ %) and one numeric character (1 2 3 4). Bishkek@12 is an example. You should remember your password.

You will receive a registration confirmation email at your email address. If you have not received this within a few hours of registering, please check your Spam/Junk folder. In case it is not received, please write to us at apply@ucentralasia.org

You must follow the instructions carefully, and read the displayed warnings. Prompts will appear on the system as you move along the pages of the application.

Please follow these steps:

1. Go to your confirmation email, sent to your email account; click on the link provided; this will take you to the login screen;

2. Enter your email ID and password; the same email ID and password which you entered for your account registration;

3. Your personal details and current contact details will open, if you are logging in for the first time.

Yes, you can. But the SAT scores will not be taken into consideration. The UCA Admissions test will take priority.

No.

Yes, you can. But you have to make necessary arrangements to go to the designated test centres on your own. Or alternatively, you can submit your SAT and SAT Essay scores.
