A vitally important part in achieving the mission and objectives of UCA is the School of Professional and Continuing Education (SPCE). SPCE offers short-term entrepreneurship and professional cources, language courses, mental math for children, as well as programming and computer literacy courses. This is a small part of the total 450 training modules. The school is founded in 2006 and has 16 branches in four countries: 7 of them are in Tajikistan, 2 are in Kyrgyzstan, 1 is in Kazakhstan and 6 are in Afghanistan.
It has graduated over 220,000 students. And 53% in Central Asia and 40% in Afghanistan of them are women (compared to the national average of 23%). SPCE courses are popular not only among young people, but also among older people who need new skills and continuing education to survive in a rapidly changing job market and global competition.
"SPCE is performing its tasks and achieving its mission at the highest possible level. It is setting new high standards, not only for continuing education, but also for other segments of education."
