Management Executive Committee

The Management Executive Committee (MEC) provides strategic leadership to guide UCA's performance and future growth. Reporting to the Rector, it oversees the development and implementation of UCA's strategic priorities, operational plans, and financial management. MEC reviews academic, financial, and operational performance, recommends the annual budget to the Board of Trustees, and ensures adherence to relevant policies.

Comprising senior leaders from UCA’s three Schools—the School of Professional and Continuing Education, School of Arts and Sciences, and Graduate School of Development—and various departments, MEC fosters collaboration and effective decision-making. Chaired by the Rector, it includes nine members, with flexibility for future expansion. The Committee plays a pivotal role in shaping UCA’s vision, addressing emerging opportunities, and upholding the institution’s commitment to excellence and equity.
