SPCE Afghanistan
SPCE Afghanistan offers diverse programmes and courses like conversational English, Accounting Technology Certificate, Cashier, Business Planning, Small & Medium Business Management Using Mini Technologies, CATs, Mental Math Programme, and many other corporate courses and events.
SPCE Afghanistan has five learning centres: Kabul (1), Ishkashim (1), Faizabad (2), and Shugnan (1).
SPCE organizes various events throughout the year including Global Money Week, olympiads, contests, debates, English-speaking clubs, open houses, and many others. At the end of each programme, SPCE conducts graduation ceremonies to award students with certificates.

Juma Gul, originally from Wark Wakhan, Afghanistan, transformed his passion for computer science into a successful career as an ICT instructor and coordinator. After completing the ICDL training at UCA SPCE in Khorog in 2013, his skills and expertise grew, leading to multiple promotions and advanced roles with the Aga Khan Education Service. Now certified in Python, HTML, and CSS, Juma continues to inspire and educate Afghanistan’s youth, crediting SPCE for helping him reach his professional goals.

Meet Shafiqullah Hamdard, a dedicated doctor at Shaheed Ustad Burhanuddin Rabbani provincial hospital and a graduate of UCA SPCE’s Faizabad Learning Centre. In 2022, while already working as a physician, Shafiqullah took on the challenge of improving his English, advancing from beginner to upper-intermediate in just two years. His newfound language skills not only distinguished him among his peers but also led to his promotion from chief physician to head of the provincial hospital, empowering him to access primary medical sources and better serve his community.
