Gulnora has a strong academic management background. She led the Management and Entrepreneurship, as well as Economics Departments, and later in her academic career became a Dean of Engineering and Economy Faculty at Tajik Technical University. Prior to joining UCA, she worked as a Chief of the Center of Marketing and Strategic Relations in the student recruitment area. Gulnora has expertise in project and M&E management.
