Raisa has joined SPCE as the Learning Centre Coordinator of SPCE Osh Learning Centre in April 2024. She has previously worked with Youth of Osh as a project coordinator. Later, she joined Mercy Corps as a project specialist, and before joining SPCE, she worked as a project coordinator for "Demilgeluu Jashtar" at MSDSP.

Raisa holds BA degree from Osh State University, Faculty of World Languages.
