Askhat Muratzhan is UCA’s Library Coordinator. Before joining UCA, Muratzhan worked as a Coordinator and Information Technology Specialist with the S. Orozbakov Naryn Oblast Library American Corner. Previously, he was an instructor with UCA’s School of Professional and Continuing Education in Naryn. He taught English language at the Naryn Development and Teaching Centre.
He holds a Diploma in Philological Education from Naryn State University and pursued Accounting at the International Islamic University of Malaysia.
