Dina is an educator with 6+ years of teaching experience in academia. She holds her Bachelor of Education degree in Geography from Karaganda State University (Kazakhstan) and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science and Technology from Lancaster University (UK).

Since then, she has been working as a Teaching Assistant for environmental track courses at the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department, at Nazarbayev University (Kazakhstan). Dina has recently got her Master of Science degree in Water Cooperation and Diplomacy from the University for Peace (Costa Rica), UNESCO IHE-Delft Institute for Water Education (the Netherlands) and Oregon State University (USA). Dina’s primary research interests include transboundary water management and governance.

She started teaching at the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences in August 2023.
