Niyozai Ayni holds a master's degree from the Global Business School, Spain, Barcelona (GBSB), in Digital Marketing and e-commerce and a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Russian-Tajik Slavonic University, Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
Before joining UCA, Niyoza worked as a project manager for the "Digital Art Academy for Women from Tajikistan and Afghanistan" project at the international NGO "ACTED".
She also has more than five years of association of continuous work in various INGOs such as project "HOPE" and UNICEF.
Niyoza had considerable exposure to management, communication, marketing, humanitarian, and private business activities and administration.
For almost 8 years, Niyoza has been actively volunteering in Ismaili Centre Dushanbe and for one more year at the Aga Khan Education Board (AKEB) as a trainer of the "Career Guides" project.
