Savva Brown recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Policy from Amsterdam University College and is spending 6 months with UCA's IPPA as a Junior Fellow before committing to a Master's program. He will be supporting senior fellows on the Naryn Urban Resilience Programme, studying societal attitudes towards decarbonization in Kazakhstan, and working with individual Naryn citizens to pursue funding for small-scale projects. His interests include climate sustainability in the post-Soviet space, GIS, and fisheries. He is excited to be a part of UCA's vibrant community of scholars!
