Altynai Kussainova

Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

Dr. Altynai Kussainova is a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist and works on strengthening UCA’s monitoring, evaluation and research support functions. She brings a wealth of experience from organizations that include UNDP, UNICEF, USAID and the National Erasmus+ Office. In the past she has also worked in supporting various initiative groups and community-based organizations and NGOs in Central Asia. She has a PhD in sociology, with a specialisation in Sociology of Culture from Moscow State University and a Master’s degree in Management from the Robert Wagner School of Public Service at New York University.
