The Research and Strategic Initiatives Office
The Research and Strategic Initiatives Office (RSIO) serves as an interim coordinating platform to strengthen coherence and collaboration across the University of Central Asia’s diverse research and strategic initiatives.
Established to align ongoing efforts while the University undertakes its Strategic Review, the RSIO aims to bring together Schools, units, and partners across UCA’s campuses and geographies to maximise collective impact.
The RSIO also works closely with UCA’s Advancement and Public Affairs offices to ensure coherence between academic research, strategic planning, donor engagement, and community partnerships—reinforcing UCA’s mission to generate knowledge that serves mountain communities and supports sustainable development across Central Asia.
