After graduating from UCA’s School of Professional and Continuing Education’s Executive Entrepreneurship Programme in IT in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, Aitemir Mudinov, along with his team members, attended the Astana Hub Battle in Kazakhstan, where his startup “MyStory” won the “Best AI Startup” nomination, earning a monetary award of US$ 25,000.

Aitemir launched MyStory, a service that produces personalised story books where anyone can be the main character. Using AI tools like ChatGPT for text and Stable Diffusion for images, combined with a thorough editorial process, MyStory ensures high-quality and engaging content. Aitemir explains that the main feature of these books is that the protagonist, whether a child or an adult, is depicted with their own face and those of loved ones. This personal touch enhances the reader's attachment and involvement in the story, positively influencing their perception and enjoyment of the content.

The SPCE training enhanced my skills in developing a comprehensive business plan, enabling me to effectively present our project to partners and investors.

MyStory has already gained wide recognition in Kazakhstan, attracting interest from both private and corporate customers. This success resulted in a two-week-long queue for orders. Parents often order books featuring their children as heroes alongside their favorite characters, which can include educational elements like Spider-Man teaching kids to clean up their rooms. The books have shown remarkable influence, with some children adopting positive behaviors immediately after reading the stories.

Aitemir credits SPCE for positively impacting his business project: "The SPCE training enhanced my skills in developing a comprehensive business plan, enabling me to effectively present our project to partners and investors,".

Looking ahead, Aitemir plans to expand MyStory offerings to include personalised manga and mobile applications for children’s story therapy. He aims to expand his business to the Central Asian market and eventually the US market, where he sees significant potential for growth of his business. He also plans to promote MyStory across multiple channels, including comics and animated films.
