SPCE Training Helps a Young Entrepreneur Thrive
Meet Abdul Masawir, a 27-year-old entrepreneur from Faizabad who established a small shop in 2022 intending to provide for his family. For a year Abdul Masawir was working hard to generate some income from his shop, but the profits have been low. Seeing that the lack of business management skills hindered the shop’s operations and created many challenges, Abdul Masawir was considering quitting the business and looking for alternative means of livelihood.
Fortunately, in 2023 he heard about the Entrepreneurship Programme offered at UCA SPCE’s Faizabad Learning Centre and decided to join it. During his studies at SPCE-FLC, Abdul Masawir learned how to develop a comprehensive business plan, analyze the market to identify the demands, and effectively manage his resources. Later, he also joined the Marketing and Communications Programme, where he gained knowledge about marketing processes and customer communication.
After completing SPCE’s programmes, Abdul Masawir applied the newly acquired skills to his business operations and soon observed increased profits. He shares his appreciation for the UCA SPCE’s courses, as they taught him how to manage his small business professionally and provide a stable income for his family.
