Executive Training for Women in Afghanistan

Inviting women from across Afghanistan to join UCA Graduate School of Development’s free online Executive training programme.

This 10-week programme equips participants with practical skills and recognised certifications to access remote work opportunities in the global digital economy.

Training areas include:

• Digital Literacy & Artificial Intelligence

• Digital Marketing

• Cybersecurity

• Data Analytics

Top-performing participants may receive access to advanced learning opportunities, including Professional Certificates and courses on Coursera.

Women from across Afghanistan are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility criteria:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher

• Minimum B2 level of English

• Basic computer literacy

• Access to a laptop and stable internet connection

Programme duration: 10 weeks,16 academic hours per week (live online sessions)
