Webinar "Glaciers at a Crossroads: Institutional Collaboration in Research Across the Hindu Kush–Himalaya (HKH) and Central Asia"

In the framework of UCA’s Sustainable Mountain Development Programme, UCA is organising a webinar titled “Glaciers at a Crossroads: Institutional Collaboration in Research Across the Hindu Kush–Himalaya (HKH) and Central Asia” to mark World Glacier Day 2026.

The webinar will consist of two sessions. The first session will feature presentations from participating universities, showcasing their work on glacier research. The second session will be dedicated to exploring opportunities for joint research and collaboration.

Participating institutions include universities and institutions from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, India, Nepal, and Pakistan.
