Marzhan Aikimbaeva

Marzhan Aikimbaeva is the Associate Director of Education at the Graduate School of Development at the University of Central Asia. With over 12 years of experience in higher education, programme development, and policy research, she leads the development and strategic oversight of UCA’s master’s and executive education programmes. Working closely with faculty, institutional partners, and industry stakeholders, Marzhan is actively involved in shaping UCA’s postgraduate and professional education offerings, ensuring their academic rigor, industry relevance, and alignment with global standards. Her expertise spans interdisciplinary curriculum development, quality assurance, and market-driven programme design, supporting UCA’s mission to expand high-quality educational opportunities in Central Asia. She holds a Master’s degree in Macroeconomic Policy and Financial Markets from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics in Spain and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Middle East Technical University in Turkey.
