Dilangez Navruzshoeva is the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff and Board Secretary at the University of Central Asia. She supports the University's governance and executive activities, with a particular focus on the Board of Trustees, where she manages high-level coordination, communications and documentation. Before joining the Chief of Staff's office, Dilangez worked as a Fundraising Event Coordinator in UCA's Advancement and Public Affairs Office. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the American University of Central Asia, which she attended with a full-tuition scholarship from the Aga Khan Education Service.
Earlier in her career, she completed internships in project management at Pamir Energy Company and in human resources at Bai Tushum Bank. Since 2022, Dilangez has served on the C5+1 Youth Council, a U.S. Department of State initiative, where she helps design and deliver youth-led regional projects in sustainability, entrepreneurship, education and civic engagement.
