Dilbar Ruzadorova is a strategic communications leader with over 15 years of experience driving high-impact media, digital, and public engagement initiatives in Tajikistan. She currently serves as Director of Communications and Marketing at the University of Central Asia, leading the university’s brand, storytelling, and outreach across its multi-country network.
Previously, she held senior communications roles with the OSCE, USAID, the U.S. Embassy in Dushanbe, the UN World Food Programme, and HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation, delivering award-winning campaigns that reached millions and advanced initiatives in education, health, green energy, and women’s empowerment. Dilbar holds a Master’s in Middle East and Central Asian Security Studies from the University of St Andrews (UK) and a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from AUCA. She is fluent in English, Russian, and Tajik, with working proficiency in Persian.
