Ekaterina brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, having worked with multinational companies across various countries.
Throughout her career, Ekaterina has held HR positions in renowned organizations, including MTS, MVideo-Eldorado Group, Kingfisher, Metro Group, and Danone. She has lived and worked in Russia, Germany, and Ukraine, gaining valuable insights into diverse cultural and organizational contexts and industries. Starting her career in generalist HR role, Ekaterina later transitioned to specializing in talent development, and managing portfolios and initiatives. Her expertise spans from talent management, learning and development, organizational development and change management, digital HR services, mergers and acquisitions, employee relations, and to recruitment processes. She has extensive experience overseeing HR with large headcount and regional coverage, including Eastern Europe, as well as managing locally dispersed teams and initiatives, navigating both regional and local HR landscapes.
Ekaterina holds a dual Master’s degree in Psychology and Sociology, both earned with honours from Moscow State University.
