Sadullo Nusairiev brings over 14 years of diverse experience in procurement, contract management, logistics, and quality control within international and dynamic environments. Currently serving as Material Management Manager at the University of Central Asia (UCA), he plays a pivotal role in overseeing procurement operations across campuses, managing budgets, and ensuring efficient delivery of services and goods.
Sadullo began his career at Tethys Petroleum Limited in 2011, working in the Logistics Department. He later joined Bokhtar Operating Company (BOC), a joint venture of Total France, CNPC China, and Tethys Petroleum Limited, where he procured equipment from local and international markets. His expertise expanded further during his tenure with Salini-Impregilo SpA on the $6 billion Roghun Dam Project, where he served as a Procurement and Logistics Specialist. In this role, he was responsible for procuring equipment and managing subcontracts across key markets, including Russia, Turkey, China, and Italy. He was subsequently promoted to the position of Senior Buyer.
Throughout his career, Sadullo has demonstrated strong financial acumen, leveraging data-driven analyses to inform procurement decisions, and fostering productive relationships with business partners, beneficiaries, and clients.
Sadullo holds a diploma in Economics, specializing in Quality Management, from the Kyrgyz Russian Slavonic University in Bishkek. He is committed to driving excellence in procurement practices and supporting organizational goals through innovative and sustainable approaches.
