Abdul Qadir Poya holds a Bachelors in Education from Balkh University. He has previously worked as CBLC Coordinator and Regional Project Assistant at the Aga Khan Education Services (AKES) Regional office in Badakhshan. He has also served as the Centre Operation Incharge at AKES, Kabul.
