Aigerim Atantai is the Programme Coordinator of the Civil Society Initiative at the Graduate School of Development. Aigerim is responsible for ensuring compliance with donor and organizational requirements, coordinating communication among stakeholders, and supporting administrative and operational processes to advance the programme's goals. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the American University of Central Asia.

Before joining UCA, Aigerim gained experience in financial institutions such as the Kyrgyz Investment and Credit Bank and the financial data vendor Cbonds. She also actively participated in volunteering and projects at the American University of Central Asia, Open Democracy, the Open Data Foundation, and the Institute Media Policy.
