Aigerim Dairova has over 6 years of experience in the program, communications, and administrative fields of work. She has a work background in projects related to environmental, economic, and social issues in Central Asia. She holds a Master’s degree from the Korean Development Institute (KDI) and specializes in Sustainable and International Development. 

Before joining UCA, she worked in UNDP and international NGOs in regional projects and collaborated with different partners and experts from different international organizations, NGOs, and public and private sectors from countries in the Central Asia region and Europe including FCDO (British Embassies in Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan), EU Delegation in Kyrgyzstan, ACTED HQ in Paris and others. She has experience working on topics of green growth and climate change, gender equality, and social assistance, as well as, on issues of civil society and accountability.
