Aizharkyn Bolotbekova plays an active role in strengthening students’ career readiness and professional development at UCA. She advises students on job applications, professional etiquette, and emerging labor market trends, while also conducting internship site visits to track progress and support learning outcomes. In addition, she contributes to the design and delivery of career development programs, manages student internship records and reporting, and builds connections with employers, alumni, and partners.
She holds a Master’s degree in European and International Business Law from the University of Debrecen, Hungary, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Ala-Too International University in Bishkek. During her graduate studies, Aizharkyn participated in EU-supported Erasmus+ training programmes in Budapest, focusing on youth mobility, employability, and skills development. Before joining the Co-op team, Aizharkyn worked as a Human Resources Assistant at UCA’s Naryn Campus.
