Aizharkyn Bolotbekova is a graduate of Ala-Too International University in Bishkek, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Law. She first joined UCA in 2021 as an HR Intern, later pursuing a Master’s degree in European and International Business Law at the University of Debrecen, Hungary. During her studies, she actively participated in several Erasmus+ training programs funded by the European Union, focusing on youth mobility, professional skills development, and employability.

After completing her Master’s degree, Aizharkyn returned to UCA as an HR Assistant. Since January 2023, she has been a valued member of the Co-operative Education team.
