Dr Gulnara Dzhunushalieva is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute of Public Policy and Administration where she is engaged in research within SDG Nexus Network. Her research interests include entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship, local economic and community development, technology and digitization, governance and sustainability. Dr Dzhunushalieva was Founding Director of School of Professional and Continuing Education UCA (2008-2019). She holds 25 years of managerial work experience in higher education, continuing and technical vocational education and 15 years of professional experience in project management and M&E of projects implemented by SPCE UCA in Central Asia. Dr Dzhunushalieva has 15 years teaching experience and 5-year experience to develop online courses on Moodle; online platforms and video production. She is the Member of Supervisory Board of Directors of Accelerate Prosperity Kyrgyzstan and the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Academy of Local Governance of Central Asia.
