Iuliia has experience working as Communications Consultant at the international peace-building NGO International Alert, where she carried out activities across the Central Asian region. She also interned at the Environment, Climate Change, and Disaster Risk Management cluster of UNDP Kyrgyzstan.

Iuliia graduated from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University and received her MA degree from the Ural Federal University and took part in Media & Communications exchange program in Brazil.
