Khanjarbek Lochinov joined the University of Central Asia in November 2016. Previously, he worked as Administrative Manager at the Aga Khan Education Service, Tajikistan.
Lochinov has a diploma in International Economics Relations and graduated from the Economic Faculty of Khorog State University.
