A native of Naryn, Nurbek Nisharapov graduated from the Toktogul Satylganov School and pursued a Master's in Foreign Languages at Naryn State University. After graduating with honours in 2008, Nisharapov moved to Taiwan to study Applied Linguistics and Academic English at Yuan Ze University.
He joined the University of Central Asia in 2011 as a Communications Intern. Nisharapov was later promoted to Assistant Manager of Academic Affairs at SPCE Naryn, where he coordinated the Change the World Around You Social Entrepreneurship project, supported by the Coca-Cola Foundation. He took over as Manager of Academic Affairs in 2013 and was named Head of SPCE Naryn in August 2016.
