Shabir Ahmad Parsa has a year of experience as a First Aid Kit trainer in Takhar Red Crescent Department, and three years of experience in the Load Office at FMFB. In 2015, he started serving SPCE as a volunteer. A year later, he was promoted as an IT instructor and coordinator for five years. In 2019, Parsa was promoted as LC Coordinator in Nusai, Darwaz.
