Shamsiya Alibakhshova holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from KIMEP University and a Master of Arts in Politics and Security from OSCE Academy with a focus on comprehensive security, politics, and international relations.

Shamsiya has experience of working with international and local organizations such as the OSCE Secretariat in Vienna, the Delegation of the European Union to Tajikistan, and Pamir Energy Company. She was primarily in charge of developing donor project reports and proposals, dealing with contractors and partners, supporting design, preparation, and implementation of several strategic communication and public events as well as proposing and implementing innovative actions for outreach to youth.

She has also been an English language tutor for the last 1.5 years. Shamsiya ran online IELTS, FCE, EGE, and OGE preparation sessions as well as training for the students for successful university admission and internship/jobs application process based on the latest labor market trends.
