Sheroz Naimov holds master's degree in Marketing and Management and an undergraduate degree in Journalism, Tajik language, and Literature from the Khorog State University, Tajikistan. Prior to joining UCA, Naimov worked as Coordinator of the American Corner in Khorog and was Director at Jahoni Mo, a public organisation. Since 2008, he has facilitated at national summer camps and the Global Encounters, an international youth camp.
