Sultonazar Mamadazizov is a Senior Lecturer in Mathematics based at UCA’s Khorog Campus. He received a specialist diploma at “Radiophysics” and holds a Ph.D. degree from Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University (IKBFU). During his scientific career, he worked with world-renowned leading experts on Nuclear Magnetic Resonance and Nuclear Quadrupole Resonance (NQR) fields at IKBFU, Institute of Nuclear-physical methods of research (Saint Petersburg), Gebze Technical University (GTU) in Turkey, and Kazan State Power Engineering University. His research is mainly related to tetrazole derivatives investigation by the means of NQR. 

Sultonazar is also an experienced software engineer. He participated in the development of applications for the Russian Central Bank, Moscow Ministry of Education, and launched several enterprise applications and packages in Tajikistan. For example, his biometric control system is used by the Aga Khan Health Services, Tajik Medical State University, and the Tajik Agrarian University.
