Zinatmo has been with UCA for nearly five years; she has expertise in academic operations, database management, and sociological research. Prior to the shift, Zinatmo worked as an Assistant to the Manager of Academic Affairs at SPCE in Dushanbe. Previously, she worked as a Student Database Operator and interned at the sociological research centre ‘Zerkalo’.

Zinatmo holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Tajik National University (Erasmus+ Programme) and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Khorog State University.
