Submissions are open: Working Papers Series at the IPPA, Graduate School of Development
Established in 2011, UCA’s Institute of Public Policy and Administration (IPPA) is a premier regional think tank focused on economic and social policy. As part of our mission to foster rigorous research and informed policymaking, we have published over 60 papers in both English and Russian under the IPPA Working Papers Series.
We are proud to announce the rebranding of our Working Papers Series, emphasising our commitment to providing a platform in Central Asia for high-quality, evidence-based research. Our publications are now indexed on Google Scholar, enhancing their visibility and impact within the academic and policymaking communities.
We invite PhD candidates, early career and senior scholars to contribute to our series and benefit from the extensive reach and recognition that comes with publication through IPPA. Your papers should be targeted towards social and economic policy, public sector reforms, and evidence-based policymaking, with a focus on Central Asia or one of its countries (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Afghanistan).
