The School of Professional and Continuing Education (SPCE) of the University of Central Asia (UCA) is pleased to announce the upcoming master class “The Personal Journey of an Entrepreneur in Naryn”, organised as part of the Alumni Talk initiative.

The master class will be delivered by SPCE alumna Aiganish Taalaybek kyzy, a leading entrepreneur in the hospitality sector and founder of the Kezgin guesthouse network in Naryn, Kyrgyzstan. During the session, Aiganish will provide insights into her entrepreneurial trajectory, including the development of a business idea, preparation of a business plan, approaches to securing financing, risk management, and continuous professional growth.

As an additional segment of the event, SPCE alumnus Aidar Jakypov will share a brief overview of his personal achievements. Aidar is a recipient of the Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship, an Altyn Tamga honour graduate, a graduate of the Preparatory Programme at the American University of Central Asia (AUCA), a participant of the FLEX programme, and an active contributor to international youth initiatives.

About the Speaker

Aiganish Taalaybek kyzy is the founder of the “Kezgin” guesthouse network, launched after completing the “Entrepreneurship” course at SPCE in 2022.

For her achievements, innovation, and leadership qualities, Aiganish was nominated for the “Best Entrepreneur of 2025” award for her significant contribution to the development of the local community.

In addition to her entrepreneurial work, she actively participates in alumni activities, serving as the Assistant to the Chair of the SPCE Alumni Committee in Naryn.
