Askhat Muratzhan is UCA's Library Technical Service Assistant. Before joining to UCA, Askhat worked as Reference and Instruction Specialist of Library at American University of Central Asia in Bishkek. Previously, he was a Library Coordinator at UCA's SAS Naryn Campus Library. Also, he worked as a Coordinator and Information Technology Specialist with the S.Orozbakov Naryn Oblast Central Library American Corner, he was an Instructor with UCA's School of Professional and Continuing Education in Naryn. He taught English Language and Basic IT skills at the Naryn Development and Teaching Centre. He holds a Diploma in Philological Education from Naryn State University
