Fariza Sheralieva is an English language instructor and academic professional with experience in teaching, teacher training, and academic coordination.

She began her teaching career as an English language instructor at Khorog State University in 2012, where she worked for three years. During her second master’s degree in London, alongside completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching and Reflective Practice, she gained teaching experience as part of her practicum. In 2021, she taught humanities subjects (History and Geography) for six months at Hugh Faringdon Catholic School in Reading, United Kingdom.

From 2023 to 2024, she served as Assistant to the Manager of Academic Affairs, where she was responsible for managing the Academic Unit at SPCE. From 2024 to 2025, she worked as a full-time English language teacher at SPCE Dushanbe.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics (Department of English Language) from Khorog State University (2007–2012). She later completed a Master’s degree in History at Jadavpur University (2015–2017). She subsequently earned a second Master’s degree in Social Sciences (Muslim Societies and Civilisations) at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London (2020–2022). During the same period, she also obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching and Reflective Practice from University College London (UCL) (2020–2022).
