Rustam joined the Advancement and Public Affairs Department of the University of Central Asia as a Digital and Media Officer in August 2024. In March 2025, he additionally took on the role of Assistant with the Student Life Team at the School of Arts and Sciences, Naryn Campus, while continuing his main duties.
With a strong background in communication, media, and digital engagement, Rustam has developed expertise in social media management, event organization, and creative content production. He has successfully led and contributed to more than 37 projects, including TEDxNaryn and Model United Nations, and has been involved in sports and entertainment initiatives that combine cultural identity with digital transformation. His passion lies in leveraging digital media to enhance student life, strengthen community engagement, and create innovative learning environments.
Rustam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media from the University of Central Asia.
